Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel a session or test, please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid incurring costs. If any costs are accrued due to a late cancellation (i.e. courier costs) these will be deducted from your payment. We will always do our best to accomodate changes, but we do reserve the right to recover out of pocket costs.
